This privacy policy applies to the Kunle Olatunji for Governor Campaign (the “Campaign”), the political campaign of Kunle Olatunji under the Action Democratic Party (ADP) for the 2027 Oyo State Gubernatorial Election. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean the Campaign.
When you sign up to volunteer, donate, or contact us, we collect the information you submit. This typically includes your name, phone number, email address, LGA, ward, and the support type you choose. We do not collect biometric data, bank credentials, or any sensitive identification numbers through this website.
We also collect basic technical information automatically: your device type, browser, and approximate location based on IP address. This is used to keep the site working and secure.
We use the information you provide to: (a) connect you with the right campaign organizer in your LGA, (b) send you campaign updates and event invitations, (c) respond to inquiries, and (d) comply with applicable Nigerian electoral and data protection law.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: campaign staff and authorized organizers who need it to do their job, service providers we use to send emails or SMS (under contractual privacy obligations), and authorities where required by law.
You can ask us to: see what we have about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you messages. Email privacy@kunleolatunji.com and we will respond within 30 days. You have these rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.
This website uses minimal cookies — only what is needed for the site to function and to measure aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising cookies and do not track you across other sites.
This website is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you submit — encrypted transmission (HTTPS), restricted internal access, and regular security review. No system is fully immune to breach, but we will notify affected users promptly if a notifiable incident occurs.
